3 things for July

Happy Monday and 1st day of July to everyone! Hope you filled your batteries during the weekend and your ready for a new week. I sure did! On Saturday me, Stefan and some of our friends took a one day trip to Krk, Croatia. It was amazing! The weather was great and the sea was crystal clear.

Looking back at June, this past few weeks were quite life changing for me. I made some decisions about my career and my goals. Another new thing are my monthly goals. Each month I'll try to embrace 3 (new) things and I'll share them with you.



Here are 3 things for July:


1. Spend more time outdoors - I waited a long time for the weather to be nice and I really want to make the most out of it, but sometimes other things ''steal'' my time (like Netflix). So in July I want to spend at least 20 minutes outdoors every day jogging, cycling or even just walking.


2. Try facial yoga - heard some amazing things about this stuff so I'm quite excited to try facial yoga for the first time. I'll probably try to find some tutorials on yt and make an effort of doing it once a day, morning or evening.


3. Make a new budget plan - I made some new rules about my monthly budget and how I'm going to spend my money in the future. In July I'm going to cut the unnecessary expenses like buying snack that I can make at home, eat less take away or in restaurants just because I don't feel like cooking, ...
