It's already August and it feels like there were 3 days of July and not 31. Nonetheless, I'm very excited 'cause it's my birthday month! My vision for this month is quite different compared to July's.
Hope you all are ready for a new month and I'm interested to hear if you reached the goals you set for July. I'll talk about my past month's goals a bit later.

The 3 things I'll try to embrace in August are:
1. Stay focused
In the beginning of September I have an important exam that i really need to pass. So is very important for me to stay focused throughout August and just study hard.
Another thing I want to focus more on is time management.
2. Stretching and Yoga
I use to stretch my body almost every day and I really want to start doing this again on a daily basis. The thing I would like to add this time is some Yoga, perhaps in the morning before breakfast.
And since I didn't do much of facial yoga in July like I wanted to (you can read the 3 things for July here) I will continue with this during my nighttime routine.
3. Read more
Reading and learning is my passion. So my goal for August (and all future months) is to start reading more. I would be very pleased if I read 3 books per month. The thing that comes alongside with this goal is spending less time on my phone and more time doing something useful.
Recap of July
The thing I wanted to embrace in July were facial yoga, spending more time outdoors and make a new budget plan. Like I said, I didn't do much of facial yoga so I'll try and do this in August, but I did come up with a new budget plan and for now is going great. I will continue to make an effort to spend more time in nature like I did in the past month.
What are your goals for August? Are you making any changes in your lifestyle?
